Forget about new year resolutions

There is a rush to set up new year resolutions because many people believe that these resolutions will make their new year successful. Their intentions are right, but it takes more than good intentions to get results. 

Just because you have the desire to do the right thing does not mean that you have the right system and strategy to achieve what you desire.

Some common new year resolutions are;

I will drink less alcohol this year.

I will take better care of my health this year.

I will drink more water this year.

I will save more money this year.

I will read more this year.

I will give more this year.

I will get gym membership this year.

I will go to church more.

I will be a better person this year.

I will make good friends.

I will write a book this year.

I will quarrel less with my wife or husband. 

I will eat more veggies.

I will run more.

You can add your own resolution to this list. There is nothing wrong with desiring to be a better person, save more money, etc. The issue is that these are only good intentions. The sad thing is those good intentions are not enough because they do not deliver.

The solution has been for people to set Smart goals. Even smart goals are not enough because many people set them but fail to achieve them.

For 2020, I am proposing that you set no resolution; instead, you should focus on taking care of your health.

I am presenting to you a proven system that will help you take back your health in 2020. 

There are no gimmicks, shortcuts, or any silver bullets. But what I can promise is that this is a proven system that works.

 All I ask of you is that you try this system and see what it is going to do for you.
