I am all for love, justice, and empathy when it comes to immigration and other related issues.
We should love all people enough to let them know that our stay here on earth is temporal and no matter how good life in the United States of America is, compared to other parts of the world, there is an expiration date on how long all of us will live on this earth, including living in the United States of America or any other developed country.
We should love enough to tell those that are illegal, those that have willfully broken American immigration laws or the laws of any other country that, it is wrong to break laws because lawlessness harms everybody. We cannot be afraid to call people to order under the pretext of justice and love. What are we going to tell those that pay the price to obey the laws and do what is right? How is this fair to them? Let us love enough to challenge people to develop the moral character to do what is right because people of character and moral rectitude benefit themselves and the rest of society in the long run.
