One thing that will empower you to move any mountain

Do you want to reach your full potential? Then you must be consistent! But how do you become consistent?

Many struggle with consistency because they think they don’t have enough resources, support, will power, and so on. While it is essential to have resources, support, and willpower, a lack of any of these things or all of them should not prevent you from being consistent.

You may be saying that the reason you stopped that exercise program is that you lacked the time or the will power to continue. I am here to say that it may “feel” as if a lack of will power is the reason you stopped going to the gym after a few months.

This writing is for you who has a big dream and have been overwhelmed by it. You have stopped making any progress because the task ahead of you is too big. At times you wonder how others are able to get so much done.

Something in you tells you that these people have some special abilities that you don’t have and that you will never be able to measure up.

You don’t have to worry about how far other people have gone, because there is only one you and the competition is not against others. You are actually competing against yourself.

That is why I am sharing this one thing that will make you move mountains. Even the mighty Himalayas mountains will eventually be leveled by weathering and erosion. This will take time, but the secrete ingredient is consistency. The forces of weathering and erosion are extremely slow, but they are consistent.

You may be saying that this has nothing to do with whatever you are dealing with right now. Well, it has everything to do with what you are dealing with. Take, for example; your goal may be to be healthier by putting off 80 pounds. Can you do this in a day? What about a year? Let us say, for example, that you want to do 109,500 pushes. How will you get this done?

The first question is, how long do you have? In this case, it is for one year. We are looking at 365 days. If you divide 109,500 by 365 days, you get 300 pushes per day. Can you do 300 pushups in a day? It depends, right? Well, that is what I have been doing since the year started, by the end of this year I will do more than 109,500.

What about running 1500 miles in a year? This is a lot. But if you divide it by 365 days, the number becomes manageable. Can you do 4 miles each day? In 2019 I ran more than 1500 miles.

The way you become consistent is by dividing whatever goal, dream, visions, assignment that you have into smaller pieces that are easy to do, and doing them daily. When you do this before long, a habit will be formed, and this habit will propel you to the top.

Stop praying and asking for more self will and start taking small yet consistent steps, and every mountain will be leveled.

Do you think God made a mistake by starting you as a single tiny cell?

The IEM APPROACH is a holistic way of life; the physical and spiritual must be in synergy for real, lasting, and sustainable success.
